JOSEPH Chappel was presented with Halstead Boxing Club’s Schoolboy Boxer of the Month trophy for December.
Chappel is still relatively new to the club but he is enjoying his boxing and making good progress in the gym.
He works hard and listens to his coaches and is developing his skills every week.
The runner-up Schoolboy Boxer of the Month trophy was awarded to Jacob Prestney, who has also only been attending the Boxing club for a short period of time.
He is learning all the time and is demonstrating good footwork and basic technique.
