Oliver Swallow has started the 2014 season where he left off last year, by securing a Gold Podium finish in his first event.
The 16-year-old Halstead triathlete was competing in a Duathlon at Eton Dorney where a five kilometre run was followed by a 20km bike ride and another 5km run.
