THAI fighter Kaolan Nong made a special visit to Halstead.
He passed on tips and techniques at the Daj Chai Muay Thai boxing gym, at the Halstead Boxing and Martial Arts Centre.
Kaolan was Lumpini champion in Thailand, with more than 200 fights under his belt, and he has also appeared in several films, including Fireball.
“It was an absolute honour to have Kaolan teach at the gym,” said head coach Simon Chatten.
“His experience and expertise in the art of Thai boxing taught us all a great deal.”
Student Blair Burrows added: “I really enjoyed the session.
“It was great to learn moves and kicks direct from a Thai expert.”
Kaolan is about to start work on Fireball 2.
