Elite swimmers rise to the big occasion

HALSTEAD Swimming Club’s elite members shone during the Essex Long Course County Championships, in Basildon.

For their younger swimmers, it was a fantastic opportunity to compete at this level in an Olympic-size pool.

Their determination and positive attitude to achieve individual goals was evident throughout.
