Police are appealing for information after a woman was raped in Southend last month.
It happened between 7pm and 9pm on Wednesday June 14.
The victim, in her 20s, was raped by her attacker after she had been led to a grass area on the cliff.
The man Police would like to speak to is described as white, of medium build and with short brown hair.
A 19-year-old man was arrested previously by Police on suspicion of rape but has since been released under investigation.
They believe passers by saw the incident and urge anyone to come forward with information if they have any.
