A CHOIR from Maldon have raised more than £450 from their last concert.
Harmony Modern ladies choir raised £458 last month in June for their chosen charity Home-Start Essex.
Guests included Maldon Deputy Mayor Flo Shaughnessy and her husband Terry and Councillor Peter Stilts.
Musical Director Natalie Bettany said: “We’ve had so wonderful many comments praising the choir’s superb singing.
“We were delighted to perform in a different area and raise even more money for a local charity.
“Of course, this is only possible with our loyal audience and supporters for whom we are always so grateful.
“Our next concert is on November 24 at The Royal Burnham Yacht Club”.
The choir have raised over £3,500 for charities since they started in 2015.
