School to close tomorrow as classrooms reach unsuitable temperatures
A PRIMARY school will be closed tomorrow due to a faulty boiler.
Queen Boudica Primary School in Cowper Crescent will have to close while engineers fix the problem.
Headteacher Clare Woodward pupils were able to stay in school this afternoon but the temperatures have dropped too low for them to be able to come in tomorrow.
She said: "We are having to close tomorrow as the boilers are faulty and the temperature is dropping.
"We have done our utmost to keep the children in school and have said parents can pick their children up from 2.30pm today."
