Care home residents celebrate Queen's birthday with special afternoon tea
Care home residents celebrated the Queen's birthday with a special afternoon tea, complete with cucumber sandwiches.
As the Queen turned 91 last Friday, residents and staff at Colne View Care Home, Halstead, shared memories, sang, and enjoyed themselves in her honour.
The residents reminisced over the letter they received from the Queen after they sent their hand made card to her for her 90th birthday last year.
After their afternoon tea the residents enjoyed a regal quiz and sang rule Britannia.
