TWO teenagers who went on a vehicle vandalism spree will have to do 120 hours of unpaid work.

Alexander Hunnable from Hedingham Road in Halstead and Jacques Huckle from Ballingdon Road in Sudbury admitted to16 charges of criminal damage.

The pair, both 18, were caught after knocking wing mirrors off cars in Ballingdon Street on May 14.

Police originally said they caused about £3,480 worth of damage to more than 20 cars.

They went before the magistrates' court in Bury St Edmunds on Monday, July 18.

Both were given community orders with 120 hours of unpaid work to complete in 12 months.

They also had to pay £150 in compensation, £85 to fund victim services and £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
