A class had a “super” week at school.
Hippo class, the foundation year at Holy Trinity Primary School, in Beridge Road, Halstead, made their own super capes, created a 3D super shape city and shared stories of their superhero Superkid.
Class teacher, Louise Hallam, wrote on the school’s website: “The children have really embraced our theme and have thought about the setting in our text to help them create a super world.
“They have used their shape knowledge to design the buildings, then flown over the top of their city protecting it from any evil characters.
“They have written secret missions they would set for Superkid if he were on hand to help them and have climbed through laser lights to retrieve numbers and solve a code.”
The super hero week took place from January 11.
