Essex Air Ambulance called to treat boy in Sible Hedingham
The Essex Air Ambulance was called to Sible Hedingham this morning to treat a young boy with breathing difficulties.
An ambulance, a rapid response vehicle and a helicopter attended an address in the village just after 7am.
A spokesman for the ambulance service said the boy was taken by land to Addenbrooke's Hospital in a serious condition.
