Dancers let their hair down and raised £530 for charity in the process.
Zumba instructor Jade Gooding organised a Zumba party for 95 people at The Essex Golf and Country Club in Earls Colne in aid of Cancer Research UK.
She said: “Lots of wiggling and giggling was going on and everyone of the 95 people that came were really up for a laugh and joined in the whole evening with huge amounts of energy and enthusiasm.”
As well as Zumba - which is a latin dance fitness class - there were drinks, canapes and a raffle with prizes donated by local businesses.
