DANCERS from a theatre school are set to put on their first show in almost two years.

Children from Rascals Theatre School in Halstead will be joining forces with the Braintree based performers and performing at a huge Halloween event.

A total of 32 of the dancers aged between 8 and 13 will be performing at Alton Towers this Saturday as part of their Scarefest Weekend.

Diane Neave, who owns the business with her husband Dan, said: "The children have been working really hard rehearsing for the last six weeks and will be performing 2 routines.

"This will be our first live performance since December 2019 and we can't wait for everyone to see what we have been up to."

The couple opened their first Saturday school back in 1997 and the business has gone from strength to strength since, having expanded with the opening of new branches.
