Man jailed for possessing and making indecent images of children
A MAN has been jailed for possessing and making indecent images of children.
Hugh Gardiner, from Norfolk, denied the charges at Colchester Magistrates' Court in January.
Officers obtained a warrant to search an address on Sunday, January 29.
A number of devices were seized from the house and after examination were found to contain indecent images of children.
Gardiner, 36, of Dereham Road, was sentenced at Ipswich Crown Court today, to 26 months in prison.
Gardiner was also given a sexual harm prevention order for 10 months and has been put on the sex offenders register for 10 years.
The images have been forfeited.
