THE death of mum who was found dead at her home is no longer being treated as suspicious.
Cheryl Birdsall, 37, died at her home, in Avignon Close, Colchester, on Tuesday night.
A 43-year-old man was initially arrested and questioned on suspicion of murder.
But officers say initial tests show her death was not suspicious and the man has been released without charge and faces no further action.
A post mortem examination was carried out last night. No formal cause of death has been recorded and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
