RESIDENTS of Halstead are being invited to a public meeting with the Police and Crime Commissioner for Essex.
Roger Hirst, chosen by the Essex public for the role in 2016, will take place at Queens Hall, in Chipping Hill, Halstead, on Thursday, September 7, between 6.30pm and 8.30pm.
Deputy Police and Crime Commissioner Jane Gardner, Chief Inspector Craig Carrington and Community Safety Partnership Chair Andy Wright will be joining Mr Hirst at the event.
Details of current crime trends and ongoing operations will be made available both before and after the meeting.
Residents will also have the opportunity to raise their questions with the panel.
