Keep a log of suspicious activity, police advise
Halstead's Neighbourhood Policing Team is advising people to keep a log of any suspicious activity that they might witness.
Keeping details of suspicious cars - including the registration number - and descriptions of people might help in later investigations.
It is important to record as much detail as you can, including dates and times.
To report crime, call 101 and in an emergency call 999.
