Urgent repair works to start on bridge that could collapse
Urgent repair works will be carried out on a village bridge after fears were raised that it could collapse.
Essex Highways will close Church Hill, in Earls Colne, for four months from June and July to replace the existing Sesame Bridge.
A temporary 100-metre carriageway will be installed in the hope of reducing traffic disruption.
