Characters from the Easter story played a game of I Spy with a difference.
Members of churches in Halstead dressed up as 12 key characters, including Pontius Pilate, Simon of Cyrene and St John for the town’s second Easter I Spy.
Children were given cards listing the names and had to find them in the High Street today.
It was organised by Ann Lycett and Jenny Golding and involved members of Churches Together in Halstead.
Sainsbury’s in Halstead High Street donated Cadbury’s Creme Eggs for the goodie bags that were handed out to children for taking part.
