FRANK Nouble has apologised to Colchester United fans following his red card against Newport County.
The 29-year-old was sent off against his former club after picking up two second-half cautions in quick succession, in the U's 2-0 defeat at the hands of the Exiles.
Nouble was booked in the 74th minute for a foul on Liam Shephard.
And two minutes later, he was shown a second yellow card after being adjudged by the officials to have made contact with Josh Sheehan as he ran back for a throw-in.
