SOL Campbell has been confirmed as Southend United's new manager.
The former England defender has signed a new until the end of the 2021/22 season.
Hermann Hreiðarsson has been named assistant coach, Andy Cole forward and attack coach and Anthony Colbert head of technical football conditioning.
