While Braintree Town kick-start their FA Cup campaign on the road, Maldon & Tiptree have been handed a home tie in the second qualifying round.
The Jammers earned their place in the draw by beating Histon 3-0 in the first qualifying round on Saturday and their reward is a home date against Wingate & Finchley.
Wingate play in the BetVictor Isthmian League premier division, which is the step above division north where Maldon & Tiptree are.
Meanwhile, the second qualifying round will be Vanarama National League South side Braintree Town's first excursion in this year's competition.
Glen Driver's Iron team have been handed a trip to another Isthmian League premier division club, Enfield Town.
Enfield are currently fifth in the premier division.
Ties will be played over the weekend of September 20 to 22.
Winning clubs will receive £6,750 from the FA prize fund, while losing clubs will collect £2,250.
