A TWO vehicle crash has partially blocked a busy dual carriageway.
Drivers should expect delays on the A13 travelling towards London, after the crash between the Five Bells roundabout and the Stanford-le-Hope A1014 junction.

The AA is reporting delays of around 11 minutes, with drivers also facing roadworks at the A1014 turn off.
The average speed of cars is reported to be just 10mph.
