A MAN was due to appear in court charged with sexual offences against children.
Jordan Piper, 26, of Victors Crescent in Hutton, will appear at Basildon Magistrates' Court yesterday.
He has been charged with two counts of sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 13 by touching.
It follows reports of two offences which took place earlier this year.
