A man has been charged after a teenager was stabbed in Southend town centre.
Police and ambulances flooded London Road, near the town's high street, after a 19-year-old man was stabbed in the head on Monday evening.
The teenager was taken to hospital for treatment but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Ryan Tudor, 26, from Kilworth Avenue, Southend, has been charged with ABH, possession of an offensive weapon in a public place and possession of cannabis.
He will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today, September 26.
