BASILDON’S favourite electro exports DMO are getting set to embark on a European tour, which kicks off this Saturday at Chinnery’s, in Southend.

The trio have been confirmed for Berlin in January, Hamburg in February and Rome in March, with more dates to be added in the coming weeks.

DMO frontman, Dean Oldfield, said: “We can’t wait to get going.

“These are going to be the biggest crowds we’ve played to and it’s exciting to know our music is getting listened to more and more by fans across Europe.

“It means a lot to begin the tour and the year with a gig in Essex where it all started for us.

We want to thank everyone that has purchased our tracks and think they’ll be pleased with what we have planned for this year.”

The band took their first steps into the international music scene in April 2015 by performing their debut EP, Blacklisted, in front of a packed crowd in Milan.

With Blacklisted now in the European charts, DMO are set to entertain a growing army of fans with their latest tracks, including Just Love, which has been made available to listen to on SoundCloud.

DMO have toured across London and the South East at venues including the O2 Academy, London, and Chinnerys, Southend, which have previously hosted some of the biggest names in music.
