Sessions have returned
WALKING sports are back as enthusiasts will make their return to competing once again.
Little Oakley Walking Netball and mixed-gender walking football sessions have now made their comeback.
The sessions are taking place on the 3G pitch at Little Oakley’s War Memorial Ground, in Harwich Road, from 9.45am.
As of Monday, April 26, Harwich Walking Football Club will be running a one-hour session under the watchful eye of club chairman Derek Murr.
Derek has encouraged those new to the sport to come and get involved, with their first session free of charge.
He is hoping to attract any over 50s coming off shift work who may want to get into the sport.
