DEVELOPERS have got the go-ahead to demolish an old rubber factory to make way for houses.
Planners have given the green light for four homes to be built on the site, off Station Road, in Burnham.
Developers had scaled down the plans after previous applications were turned down because of the harm they would have on the character of the area.
The derelict factory is outside the town's conservation area.
Burnham Town Council was against the plans and argued it was overdevelopment, with not enough parking.
