A WIX-BASED company has appointed a University Challenge finalist as a research executive.
The Survey Initiative, an employee research consultancy, has hired Owen Iredale, 23, to the role.
Owen recently graduated from the University of Bristol with a first class degree in biology.
During his time at university he also made the quarter finals of University Challenge
He said: “I’m very keen to develop my research and analytical skills whilst getting to grips with the world of human resources and employee engagement.
“It’s an exciting time in The Survey Initiative’s development and I’m really pleased to be able to support the company’s growth.”
Gary Cattermole, director, said: “We’re delighted to have Owen on board.
“He’s clearly a bright young spark with a great future ahead of him.”
