Police have identified a man in connection with the assault of a teenager on a bus.
A teenage boy was allegedly punched several times between 11.25am and 11.30am on Wednesday, December 18.
The incident reportedly look place on a bus travelling between Maldon and Heybridge.
A Police spokesman said: “We issued the appeal yesterday, Sunday January 19, and have since identified a man from the local area to assist in the progression of our investigation.
“Thank you to everyone who shared the post and called in to 101 with information.”
