AN apprenticeship scheme run by Tendring Council has been praised following a monitoring visit by Ofsted.
Career Track oversees a number of apprenticeships at the council and other local authorities and businesses.
The service underwent a monitoring visit by Ofsted in late June, and was found to have made significant progress in two areas and reasonable progress in the third.
An overall rating is not given during this type of visit.
In their report the inspector praised Career Track, saying leaders and managers had “an extremely good strategy for their provision”
Neil Stock, leader of the council, said the praise was well deserved.
