TWO teenagers were assaulted by a group of youths who tried to steal one victim's bag.
At around 4pm on Saturday, February 16, the boys were approached between Station Approach and Flitch Way, Braintree, by another teenager.
The suspect tried to grab one of the victim's bag, however he refused to let go.
Several other teenagers then approached the victims and began assaulting them.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: "We are keen to speak to members of the public, who we believe may have broken up the altercation."
