TWO people have been arrested after police discovered an alleged 'chop shop'.
PCSO Endersby and PCSO Thorne of the Braintree Community Police team made the discovery in the Braintree area on Thursday and called for the assistance of firearm officers, along with colleagues from local policing and CID teams.
According to Braintree Police's Facebook page, two suspects were arrested at the scene after officers reportedly found several stolen items.
The Stolen Vehcile Intelligence Unit later took to Twitter to say there was evidence 20 allegedly stolen cars had been passed through the premises, including a Mercedes, Volvo and BMW.

It is thought the items discovered would have cost hundreds of thousands of pounds.
Officers also believe some of the vehicles found may be linked with thefts involving keyless cars.
A chop shop is a place where stolen vehicles are dismantled and the parts are either sold on or used on other cars.
