DRIVERS are facing delays on the A12 due to a broken down van.
Traffic on the northbound side of the carriageway is slow after the vehicle became stranded between the two Kelvedon junctions just before 10.30am this morning.
One of the tyres on the van is said to have 'blown out'.
The vehicle is blocking one lane and traffic is building.
