A BUSY road was shut as emergency services deal with a medical emergency.
The East of England Ambulance Service were at the scene of Forest Road, Colchester, along with Essex Fire and Rescue Service.
Residents have reported the busy road is shut between Tangerine Close and Penrise Close.
It is understood the fire service is helping an immobile patient who is suffering with medical issues leave their home.
The road reopened at roughly 2.30pm.
