A MAN has been charged following a burglary in Great Bardfield.
Essex Police were called to a house off Brook Street on June 14 after it was reported a number of valuable items were stolen.
An Orange Kia Sportage, two bikes and a Microsoft Surface had been stolen from the home.
Officers arrested Lee Wade, 48, of Coggeshall Road, Stisted on July 2.
He has been charged with two counts of fraud by false representation, one count of burglary and one count of theft of a motor vehicle.
The man also appeared at Southend Magistrates Court on July 3.
He is now due to appear in court again at Chelmsford Crown Court on July 31.
