HALSTEAD Hospital is seeking donations of toiletries for its patients.
The hospital says many of their elderly patients come to them with nothing, or have no one to help them get the things they need, or are simply unable to afford any toiletries.
With the Christmas period over, the hospital is appealing for residents to donate any of their unwanted toiletries for elderly patients.
Halstead Hospital is asking for items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, soap and shower gel for both men and women, to help make their time in hospital care a more comfortable experience.
Residents interested in donating can drop off their donations at Halstead Rehab at Halstead Hospital every Monday to Friday between 8am and 1pm.
