TWO cars have burst into flames in a quiet north Essex village after a crash.
Firefighters from Halstead are on the scene of the incident in Great Yeldham.
The incident occurred in Bridge Street near to the Old Oak Tree.
Pictures show the large fire in the street as residents watch on and the fire-service on scene right after.
The fire service says the incident occurred after a crash involving two cars, with both now on fire.
A spokesman also confirmed no one is trapped or injured, and crews are working to extinguish the fire.
Update: The fire was extinguished by 5:15pm.
