A WOMAN has been fined for her drunken, abusive behaviour in the street.
Angela Hughes, of Garratt Close in Connah's Quay, appeared at Mold Magistrates Court on Thursday.
The 59-year-old admitted two counts of failing to comply with a community protection notice (CPN) and one of being drunk and disorderly.
Prosecutor Rhian Jackson told the court that Hughes' CPN prohibited her from being intoxicated in public, as well as attending any flat or communal area at Chapel Court in Connah's Quay.
It also prohibited her from causing alarm or distress to the public by shouting or behaving in an anti-social manner.
But on February 22, at around 3.15pm, social workers heard an ongoing disturbance including screaming and shouting at a flat at Chapel Court.
Police attended and found the defendant to be inside, along with a man - both being highly intoxicated.

Officers learned about the terms of her CPN and arrested her.
Just days later, on February 28, police on patrol in Connah's Quay attended an incident in Chapel Street.
They spoke with a man who had been asking his friend - Hughes - to leave, as she'd turned up intoxicated.
The police noted she was slurring her words and stumbling.
She was offered a lift home in the police vehicle, but started shouting and swearing, as well as trying to "reveal her breasts to the officers."
After being advised to stop, Hughes directed the police to 'her home address' - which turned out not to be the correct location as she had forgotten where she lived.
After trying to pull her top down at the officers again, she was arrested for being drunk and disorderly - following which she urinated all over her cell.
In limited submissions to the court Alun Williams, defending, told the court: "She's currently not working, but has in the past as a carer.
"She does consume alcohol to excess and has arthritis."
Mr Williams said he'd urged the defendant to see her GP about her issues.
Deputy District Judge Paul Conlon fined Hughes £80 for the first CPN offence, and £120 for the second.
No separate penalty was imposed on the drunk and disorderly matter.
However Hughes must pay £85 costs and an £80 victim surcharge.
