The ploughing season is in full swing as farmers prepare for action in an annual ploughing match.
Greenstead Green Agricultural Club is inviting residents and farm enthusiasts to their the 69th annual ploughing match and cereal show.
There will be a modern demonstration of local agricultural supply companies and many vintage tractors and ploughs competing in various classes, as well as a heavy horse competition.
The ploughing will start at 10am on Saturday, September 30, at Tattersalls Farm, Morris Green, Sible Hedingham.
