A DRIVER has been fined after driving just five miles per hour over the speed limit.

Keith Brand, of Nether Court in Halstead, was caught by a speed camera doing 35 miles per hour in a 30 zone, in Dagenham last year.

The verdict was proved in Willesden Magistrates' Court via the Single Justice Procedure, meaning defendants don’t have to appear in court.
