A NEW post office is set to open in a village this month.
The service will open in the Courtyard Stores in Pebmarsh in just a couple of weeks.
The postmaster for Greenstead currently operates an outreach service in the area and is now providing a service to the Pebmarsh community.
Access is level with wide automatic doors at the entrance to the store and internally there will be a hearing loop and space for a wheelchair.
A spokesman said: “At Post Office we are continually looking to refresh our network and ensure we meet our customer needs, and so we are opening a new outreach post office service in Pebmarsh."
The service will start on Tuesday, November 15, and operate every Tuesday between 2pm and 4pm.
Roadside parking is available nearby.
