THE departure of John White and Will Atkinson mean all of Southend United’s play-off final winning squad from 2015 have now left the club.

This week marks the seventh anniversary of the Shrimpers’ memorable win against Wycombe Wanderers at Wembley as Joe Pigott scored in injury time of extra time to take the tie to penalties.

Blues won 7-6 on spot-kicks to earn promotion into League One and here is what the squad from that memorable day are now all up to.

The 28-year-old has made more than 400 career appearances.

Since then, Barrett has coached at Millwall and he is now assistant manager at the Championship club.

The defender has spent the last two seasons with Stevenage but is now looking for a new club.

Worrall remains with Vale and will line up for them in the League Two play-off final this weekend.

WILL ATKINSON: The midfielder returned to Blues for a second spell at the start of the season but is now looking for another club.

RYAN LEONARD: Voted Blues player of the decade, Leonard left Blues to join Sheffield United in 2018 before signing for Millwall just six months later. The midfielder is still with the Lions.
