A VILLAGE social club has reopened its doors to residents following a three-month renovation.
Gosfield Social Club reopened to visitors last week after being closed due to the pandemic.
Located on The Street, the club began three months of renovation work during lockdown restrictions.
More than £60,000 of improvements have seen the club completely transformed with more seating, wheelchair access and better facilities.
Chairman of trustees Barry Broyd and social club chairman Mike Smith cut the ribbon.
A spokesman for the club said: “Members and guests were all present to see the improvements that have been carried out.
“These include an extension to create a much larger seating area, new and improved toilet facilities including a new disabled toilet, and redecoration throughout.
“The social club is also now fully accessible for wheelchair users.”
The club is open every evening from Monday to Saturday from 8pm.
Facilities include a bar and two snooker tables.
