A Halstead road is preparing to close for broadband works.

Bradley’s Lane, just off Hedingham Road, is set to close later this month.
The road is due to be closed on Monday, April 12, so broadband company Gigaclear can carry out work.

The road is expected to be closed from its junction with Hedingham Road, but the works will end well before reaching the road’s junction with Sloe Hill.

Residents in Halstead and nearby Whiteash Green will have to find an alternative route if planning to use the road.

Gigaclear says it is having to close the road to conduct fibre-optic broadband installation works with the road not expected to reopen again until Wednesday, April 21.
