A CARAVAN fire and a blaze involving a firework are among incidents crews were called to in Runcorn on Saturday.
- Shortly before 11.30am on Saturday two engines attended Brindley Road, Runcorn to reports of a caravan on fire.
Wearing a breathing apparatus, crews used a hose reel to dampen down the caravan.
Crews were in attendance for around two hours.
- Meanwhile, at 8pm at Thomas Jones Way, Runcorn one fire engine attended.
Firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish a bin well alight on Thomas Jones Way in Runcorn.
- Shortly before 8.15pm, one fire engine attended a park in The Uplands, Runcorn.
Firefighters attended following reports of a fire involving a firework.
A hose reel was used to stop the firework smoldering.
