OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT

JASON RICHARD LAPPER, 47, of no fixed abode, admitted harassment by breaching a restraining order in Launton on August 25 and committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was made subject to a community order to include drug rehabilitation requirement for 12 months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 12 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95.

CHARLOTTE MARIE ORCHARD, 38, of Cullerne Close, Abingdon, admitted stealing various items from Sainsbury’s, Kidlington, on October 24 valued at £799.33. She was jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £122.

SILVIU FLORIN POPA, 45, of Keyser Road, Bodicote, admitted assaulting a man in Bicester on July 27. He was made subject to a community order to include 40 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a victim surcharge of £95, compensation of £150 and court costs of £85.

WAHEED ARSHAD, 32, of Freelands Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 39mph in a 30mph zone on Rose Hill, Oxford, on February 10. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

RAJA BEIROUTI, 59, of Sunningwell Road, Sunningwell, was convicted of speeding by driving 88mph in a 70mph zone on the M40 between Wooburn Green Lane and Overbridge junction 2 on February 8. He was fined £115 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

MARIA ROSARIA DI CESLIE, 47, of Stenter Square, Witney, was convicted of speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph zone on Ducklington Lane, Witney, on February 6. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ROLAND MICHAEL EAST, 58, of Bernwood Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 73mph in a 50mph zone on Woodstock Road, Yarnton, on January 29. He was fined £246 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

LUCINDA ROSE EATON, 31, of Meadowbank Close, Ascott under Wychwood, was convicted of speeding by driving 37mph in a 30mph zone on the B4437 Charlbury on February 4. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

CARL ANDREW ELLIS, 35, of Hudson Street, Bicester, was convicted of speeding by driving 60mph in a 50mph zone on the A34 Wytham on January 20. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

MARK CHRISTOPHER STAFF, 49, of Juniper Gardens, Bicester, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between March 19 and April 16 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

STEPHEN DAVID ARUNDEL, 39, of Woodley Drive, Bampton, was convicted of failing to give information about the identity of a driver when required between February 18 and March 17. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.

MARTIN MALLET, 42, of Midwinter Avenue, Abingdon, was convicted of failing to give information about the identity of a driver when requested between March 4 and April 1. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

RYAN MCCANN, 30, of Jackdaw Road, Didcot, admitted failing to give information about the identity of a driver when requested between March 31 and April 28. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

KALIE TUTTY, 35, of Walton Street, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information about the identity of a driver when requested between March 12 and April 9. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

ANGELA BARRETT, 65, of Littleworth Park, Oxford, admitted drink-driving at Littleworth Park, Oxford on July 28. She had 91mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. She was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. She was also disqualified from driving for 23 months.

MARIUSZ GRZEGORZ GOLKOWSKI, 41, of no fixed above, admitted assault by beating in Witney on December 25. He was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for his alcohol dependency under the direction of probation for six months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

KEITH ALAN WHITFIELD, also known as Karl Bell, 47, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing two bottles of alcohol, costing £41, from Sainsbury's in the Westgate Centre on February 16. He was made to pay compensation of £41 and court costs of £85.

JACK SMALLMAN, 30, of Burford Road, Witney, admitted drug-driving on Tower Hill on December 1, 2019. He had 173mcg of cocaine in 1lire of blood, above the legal limit of 50mcg. He also admitted driving with 278mcg of ketamine in 1L of blood, above the legal limit of 20mcg. He was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for his drug dependency for 12 months. He must also carry out 120 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85. He has been disqualified from driving for 20 months.

JAMES DAVIDSON, 20, of Pampas Close, Carterton, admitted drug-driving in Truro, Cornwall on January 23. He had 10mcg of cannabis in 1litre of blood, above the legal limit of 2mcg. He also admitted being in possession of cannabis, a class B drug. He was fined £176, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JAMIE TOWLE, 37, of Manor Park, Hampton Poyle, admitted being in possession of cocaine, a class A drug, on May 22 in Thame. He was fined £153, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £75. He must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.
