POLICE are appealing witnesses following a burglary at a business park in Haverhill.

Officers with Suffolk Police were called after reports of a burglary at the Cambridge Road Retail Park at around 2.30pm on Saturday, September 5.

Two people, a man and a woman, are believed to have gained access to the yard at rear of the B&Q shop and stole a bicycle and attempted to steal a motorcycle.

The suspects then left the scene in a black BMW car and drove the wrong way round a one-way system.

A Suffolk Police spokesman added: "The male suspect is described as six feet tall and was wearing a dark hooded top.

"The woman is described as having pink hair and was wearing jeans.

"The bicycle is described as a grey coloured Carrera mountain bike.

"Officers would like to hear from witnesses or anybody who may have captured any relevant dash-cam footage, to contact police quoting reference 37/51862/20."
