A WOMAN accused of an assault at a railway station has been bailed.
Michelle Toni Ainsworth, 36, is alleged to have assaulted Dorota Juszczak at Windermere Railway Station.
Her case was heard at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court in Barrow, and the defendant, of Bowfell Crescent, Windermere, pleaded not guilty to the assault charge.
The offence in question is alleged to have taken place at the station on January 12.
The defendant’s case was adjourned by the court until October 13 for a trial to take place.
