A TEENAGER has been "taken to hospital" following a car crash this morning.
Essex Police were called to an incident on Kings Road, Halstead after reports of a collison near the road's Esso garage.
An Essex Police spokesman said:"We were called shortly before 8.15am on Tuesday 10 March with reports a teenage girl was involved in a collision with an Audi A4 in Kings Road, Halstead. She was taken to hospital."
Traffic on Kings Road was effect after the road was closed but it has since reopened.
